1. Return Period:
Customers may return eligible products within 30 days of the original purchase date. Returns requested beyond this period will not be accepted. The following products are excluded from this return policy:
- Electrical Cabinets
- Water Cabinets
- Custom products
- Sale items
2. Condition of Returned Items:
All returned items must be undamaged and in new, unused condition, with all original packaging and accessories included. Items that do not meet these criteria will not be eligible for return.
3. Reason for Return:
Customers are required to provide a reason for the return. This information assists us in improving our products and services and is essential for processing the return.
TECTONIC OVERLAND LIMITED WARRANTY
1. Warranty Coverage:
Tectonic Overland ("The Company") provides a Limited Lifetime Warranty to the original purchaser ("The Customer") of our product. This warranty covers the repair, replacement, or refund of the product, at the sole discretion of Tectonic Overland, for any manufacturing defects in material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance. Warranty for any electrical components will defer to the original manufacturers warranty period for that component through Tectonic Overland.
2. Warranty Duration:
This Limited Lifetime Warranty remains in effect for the lifetime of the original purchaser, subject to the terms and conditions stated herein.
3. Non-Transferable Warranty:
This warranty is non-transferable and is only valid for the original purchaser of the product. Subsequent owners or users of the product are not covered by this warranty.
4. Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage due to excessive loading, misuse, abuse, improper assembly, or improper installation.
- Theft or loss of the product.Failure to perform routine maintenance as recommended by Tectonic Overland.
- Vehicle damage or damage to any other personal property.Personal injuries sustained during the use of the product.
- Damages resulting from the use and/or installation of non-genuine, modified, or third-party parts on the Tectonic Overland product.
- Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.
- Any parts that are not genuine, unmodified Tectonic Overland parts.
- Normal wear and tear, scratches, cosmetic oxidation, or accidents.
5. Authorized and Non-Authorized Services:
Taking the product to be serviced by a repair shop that is not affiliated with or an authorized dealer of Tectonic Overland will not void this warranty. However, any damages or defects caused by such unauthorized services are not covered by this warranty.
6. Third-Party Parts:
Using third-party parts will not void this warranty, but any damages that result from the use and/or installation of such parts are not covered by this warranty.
7. Warranty Claims:
To make a warranty claim, the customer must contact Tectonic Overland's Customer Service and provide proof of purchase, photographs or other evidence of the defect, and any other information or documentation requested by the Company. Warranty decisions will be made by Tectonic Overland at its sole discretion.
8. Limitation of Liability:
Tectonic Overland shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the product, its use, or its performance. The Company’s total liability for any and all losses and damages arising out of any cause whatsoever shall in no event exceed the original purchase price of the product.
9. Governing Law:
This warranty is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the product was purchased, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
