Lead times differ based on product. Refer to the product description within our store for specific lead times. 

Shipping rates differ based on product size, shipping method and buyer’s location. Shipping rates will be applied at checkout.

If your product is damaged during shipping, you will need to make a claim with the shipping company BEFORE accepting shipment. After the claim is made on your end, please contact us so we can make a claim on our end and help you with your refund.

All items can be returned except for freight-shipped items. There is a restocking fee and return shipping fee on returnable products.

We use a local partner van building company Moxie Van Co. for all installs and van building.
